Return Policy

• Store credit will be exchanged ONLY within 14 days of delivery, 
• All items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. 
• All pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 
• L&E NY does not accept price adjustments. 
• Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. 
• Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and L&E NY reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied return will be shipped back to the customer. 

Non-Refurnable Items Include:

• Final sale & discounted items
• Accessories (jewelry & hair items) 

Exchange Policy

• If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.
• All personalized or altered items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. 

Sale Policy

• Items purchased on "Sale" are final sale.
